Tab dividers cut to your precise requirements
The Scott 5000 is probably the best tabcutting machine ever made. At Henry Mills Ltd all the operators preferred this machine to the other tabbing machines, including the 2 larger Scott 10,000s.
The sale includes lots of spare parts/motors/supplies, operating manuals' etc. All the knives (for 6mm, 10mm, 13mm, 16mm or 19mm tabs) some with spare sets.
Bespoke tab dividers at Flexpress Ltd
The Scott 5000 handles sheet sizes from 356mm x 432mm max to 127mm x 111mm min and we can create tabs to any length from 12.7mm to 127mm and a tab width from 6mm to 19mm.
The binding edge of the tab dividers or other paper/card can be reinforced with a Mylar laminate to improve its durability. It is also possible to spot Mylar laminate (plastab) specific tabs or the edges of sheets.
